Praktische sessies rond Generatieve AI

This interactive three-day workshop the participants will explore how ChatGPT can significantly improve both teaching and learning experiences. Over the course of the workshop, you will learn about prompt engineering, natural language processing, and the ethical considerations involved in using AI in education. By the end of this workshop, you will be equipped to utilize ChatGPT as a versatile assistant, enriching educational outcomes.

Day 1: Mastering prompt engineering for generative AI 
Effective use of ChatGPT depends on the ability to ask precise questions. Therefor the first training day focuses on the principles of prompt engineering and natural language processing (NLP). Participants will be guided through techniques and a hands-on model for creating effective prompts, ensuring accurate and contextually appropriate responses. Practical examples and interactive sessions will help you refine these skills, tailored to your educational content and needs.

Day 2: Customizing and extending ChatGPT 
On the second day, attention will shift to customizing ChatGPT to meet the unique requirements for your institution, for yourself as a teacher and for your learners. Participants will learn to develop and utilize personalized ChatGPT-s models and AI interactivity. Additionally, the session will cover the use of various existing ChatGPT-s tools and extensions, such as Google Chrome add-ons, to boost the chatbot's functionality in everyday teaching tasks.

Day 3: Ethics, challenges, and implementation 
The final day will address the ethical considerations and potential challenges associated with AI in education. Discussions will cover topics such as biases, privacy, and copyright issues. Participants will engage in creating basic guidelines for the ethical use of ChatGPT, ensuring its responsible integration within their institutions. The day will conclude with strategies for establishing rules and regulations to govern the use of AI by both educators and learners.
