Jobshadowing onthaalmedewerkers

The learning questions will be formulated together with the selected participants during the physical Kick-off on Thursday 17 October 2024. These learning questions will then be communicated to the relevant agencies where the job shadowing will take place. The common thread throughout all job shadowings will be ‘Giving a powerful start to our cursites’.

As a participant:

• can you express yourself in English;
• are you a team player;
• you have a didactic, creative and innovative mind;
• are you prepared to be inspired with an open mind and to inspire others to pass on what you have learned;
• are you prepared to transfer the international knowledge you have learned to other contexts;
• you are prepared to translate what you have learned into effective change in your own classroom practice and to share this within your department and beyond;
• are you willing to commit to the Erasmus day in which you want to share what you have learned with colleagues from other participating school institutions;
• are you willing to commit to the Erasmus podcast of Catholic Education Flanders to share what you have learned with the listeners of the podcast.
