Deepening Diversity and Inclusion: The first objective focuses on understanding and analysing the schools approach to diversity and inclusion.

Exploring iPad and Podcast Use: The second goal is to explore the use of iPads and podcasts in student learning. This includes both the practical implementation of technology in classrooms and the pedagogical approaches used to use these tools effectively for learning.
Understanding Professional Development: The third objective is to understand the approaches and strategies used for the professional development of teaching staff. This includes exploring collective development methods, community-building within schools as working communities, and exploring leadership development.

Integrating Internationalisation in Professional Development: The fourth aim is to explore ways in which internationalisation can become an integral part of professional development within education. This includes exploring opportunities to integrate cross-border collaboration and exchange of knowledge and experiences into the continuous growth of educational practices.

Delving into Diverse School Environments: Participants will visit multiple schools in one community to gain a broader understanding of how diversity, inclusion, technology integration and professional development are manifested within different educational settings.
Reflect and Apply to Own School Context: Participants will use the insights and information gained from the visits to reflect on their own school environments. They will contextualise this input and explore how to apply relevant concepts and methods in their own educational practice.

Deepening The Country's Education System: Participants will receive detailed information on the education system of the country visited. This includes a deeper understanding of the organisation, structures, and policies that influence the education landscape.

Exploration of the Environment: Participants will have the opportunity to not only visit schools, but also explore the environment around them. This can help in understanding the broader context in which education takes place, such as cultural aspects, social dynamics, and local influences.
