This interactive workshop is designed to help primary, lower-secondary, and secondary teachers effectively respond to the diversity of learners in their classrooms—particularly in terms of cognitive levels and cultural backgrounds. Over three engaging days, participants will explore how to differentiate instruction, classroom materials, student outputs, and the teaching process in ways that are manageable, meaningful, and inclusive.
Through hands-on activities, real-life examples, and collaborative lesson planning, teachers will gain confidence in applying flexible strategies that support students with varying readiness levels, learning profiles, and cultural experiences. Participants will leave the workshop with ready-to-use tools, adaptable lesson ideas, and a deeper understanding of how to foster an equitable learning environment where all students can thrive.
