Differentiation in educational level and cultural background

The three-day workshop on differentiation in adult learning aims to equip teachers with the skills to meet the diverse needs of adult learners, including those from different backgrounds, native languages and multilingual contexts. Participants will delve into evidence-based practices for creating inclusive learning environments and practical strategies for differentiated instruction. Through hands-on activities, collaborative discussions, and reflective practices, teachers learn to implement techniques that promote the engagement and success of all students. The workshop emphasizes adaptability to support the unique linguistic and cultural needs of learners.
