This course will focus on the topic of effective learning environments. This ERASMUS+ structured course offers participants intensive and practice-oriented training in creating an innovative, interactive and stimulating learning environment at school. During this course, participants are given concrete tools, inspiring examples and hands-on experiences with which they can enrich their own teaching practice.
The central question is how teachers – in various forms of education – can respond to the needs and expectations of today's pupils. Participants discover how blended learning and interactive teaching methods contribute to a more active learning process and how they can use these to involve pupils more in their learning process.
The course also offers methods for optimising classroom management. A well-structured classroom environment is a crucial precondition for innovative teaching methods and blended activities. Attention is paid to both the physical and digital learning environment.
The combination of blended activities, well-considered classroom management and a focus on hands-on learning is explored as the key to a motivating learning environment in which pupils are activated, supported and challenged. Participants work together, exchange experiences and develop concrete lesson ideas that can be immediately applied in their own educational context.
