AI bootcamp for language teachers

• Understand the basic concepts of artificial intelligence and its significance in the educational landscape.
• Understand how AI can improve educational practices, improve student learning outcomes, and prepare students for a future powered by technological advancements.
• Learn practical methods to incorporate AI tools into their teaching methods, including using chatbots, visual and design tools, lesson design and content creation tools, teaching assistants, quiz/assessment generators, and collaboration and communication tools.
• Gain insight into successful AI implementations in educational environments, helping them gain inspiration and adapt proven strategies to their own context.
• Gain hands-on experience working with AI tools and technologies so they can apply them with confidence in their classrooms.
• Develop an ethical awareness of AI use in education, understanding considerations such as privacy, bias and fairness and how to ensure responsible AI use in the classroom.

• are you willing to commit to the Erasmus podcast of Catholic Education Flanders to share what you have learned with the listeners of the podcast.
