The job-shadow activity within the Erasmus+ accreditation, focusing on interdisciplinary teaching, offers an in-depth exploration and practical experience in bringing together various disciplines in education. The activity includes visits to a secondary school, a special education school, and a primary school, focusing on the integration of different disciplines in the teaching process.
Participants will have the opportunity to learn about the methods and techniques of interdisciplinary teaching through a workshop in the secondary school. This includes harnessing each other's expertise, using digital tools and jointly developing a lesson plan. This lesson is then taught to students from the visited school. A reflective dialogue follows the lesson, focusing on professional learning and sharing experiences and insights from different education systems. Participants learn how to apply the knowledge and skills gained in their own professional context.
