• Gaining insight: Understanding what effective teaching methods entail and how we can enhance learners' learning. 
• Exploring strategies: Becoming familiar with a variety of teaching strategies and methods. 
• Practical application: applying theoretical knowledge by preparing, observing and teaching lessons.
• Reflection and dialogue: promoting professional learning through reflection and dialogue after each teaching activity. 
• Personal development: learning how these methods and strategies can be integrated into one's own professional context.
• Exchange of experiences: learning from the different education systems and cultures of the participants. 
• Networking and collaboration: building a network of education professionals for future collaboration and exchange of best practices.
  

Participants:

• can express themselves in English;
• are team players;
• can transcend their own context and have great empathy;
• have a didactically creative and innovative mind;
• can inspire others;
• can transfer knowledge gained internationally to other contexts;
• are willing to engage in a learning network in which they share what they have learned with colleagues across participating educational institutions;
• are willing to turn what they have learned into effective changes in their own classroom practice and share this within the learning network and beyond.
