AI bootcamp in niet-onderwijskundige processen

During this 3-day Erasmus+ mobility program, we will explore together the possibilities of generative AI within the administrative and policy operations of schools and adult education centers. The bootcamp is designed to be practical and focuses on how AI can provide concrete support for daily tasks, policy development, communication, and organization.

We’ll start with the basics of efficient prompting and explore, step by step, how AI tools can be used to save time, improve quality, and work more creatively. Participants will learn to work with various generative AI applications, build their own GPT tailored to their professional context, and experiment with “vibe-coding”: developing simple applications or workflows without in-depth programming knowledge.

In addition to technical skills, the program also focuses on the critical and responsible use of AI in educational contexts. The bootcamp combines short theoretical sessions with plenty of hands-on exercises, peer-to-peer exchanges, and opportunities to work through real-world case studies.

• are you willing to commit to the Erasmus podcast of Catholic Education Flanders to share what you have learned with the listeners of the podcast.
